Graham joined Enverus in 2020 through the acquisition of RS Energy Group. Leading the Subsurface Innovation Team under Energy Transition Research, he strives to create intelligent connections between the subsurface, emerging energy and carbon innovation technologies, leveraging a deep understanding of geosciences and the energy transition gained over his 9-year career. At Enverus, Graham has served as senior geology associate on the Permian Asset team and as product manager for Geoscience Analytics, where he led a team of geologists. His prior roles include analyst for the Alberta Energy Regulator, focusing on the Athabasca oil sands, and Geologist in Training for a small Calgary-based exploration company, exploring oil potential in Nisku Formation carbonate reefs.

Rachael Moore is a decarbonization expert focused on CCUS. In 2023 she founded CarbStrat, a boutique consultancy focused on industrial decarbonization and carbon management. Rachael's experience covers technical, policy, and financial aspects of CCUS around the world. As a consultant to the World Bank's CCS Trust Fund in its final 18 months of activities, Rachael served as a subject matter expert supporting the development of CCUS enabling environments in emerging and developing countries. During her time at the International Energy Agency, she wrote their CCUS Handbook: CO2 Storage Resources and their Development, contributed CCUS content to a variety of other publications, and designed a multi-year work program for CCUS development from the government of a developing country. Additionally, she previously worked as an innovation consultant advising multinational companies on the development and finance of innovative decarbonization projects in Europe. Rachael holds a PhD from the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, where she studied CO2 storage in basalts.
