Graham joined Enverus in 2020 through the acquisition of RS Energy Group. Leading the Subsurface Innovation Team under Energy Transition Research, he strives to create intelligent connections between the subsurface, emerging energy and carbon innovation technologies, leveraging a deep understanding of geosciences and the energy transition gained over his 9-year career. At Enverus, Graham has served as senior geology associate on the Permian Asset team and as product manager for Geoscience Analytics, where he led a team of geologists. His prior roles include analyst for the Alberta Energy Regulator, focusing on the Athabasca oil sands, and Geologist in Training for a small Calgary-based exploration company, exploring oil potential in Nisku Formation carbonate reefs.

Jan Sherman is Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer of Carbonvert Inc. Jan leads Carbonvert’s development program including the Bayou Bend CCS project that is the first offshore carbon sequestration site leased in the United States.Jan has 30 years of experience in leadership, project development, and asset management for the oil & gas industry with Shell's Upstream, Deepwater, and Unconventional businesses. Prior to joining Carbonvert, Jan led Shell’s efforts to deliver carbon capture utilization or storage projects that could significantly reduce the net carbon footprint for downstream assets, as well as create new business opportunities through low carbon hubs. Jan serves on the Texas A&M University Petroleum Engineering Industry Board and the Berg-Hughes Center for Petroleum & Sedimentary Systems. She graduated from Texas A&M University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering.
President and Co-Founder, Carbonvert
Alex Tiller is the President and Co-Founder of Carbonvert, a carbon capture and storage project development and finance company. Alex has spent over a decade developing and financing tax advantaged energy projects throughout the US. He is the former CEO of Sunetric, previously Hawaii’s largest solar EPC and solar development company. Prior to his current role, Alex served as Managing Director for an institutional tax equity fund sponsor. He started his career at Fidelity Investments and has served in numerous other senior positions. Alex received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
