EVOLVE 2025 passes are for in-person attendance only.

Our Super Early Bird rate is $325 and ends on Dec. 13. Our rate will then increase to $450 for our Early Bird rate. After March 7, our standard registration rate is $550.  
Registration includes access to all general and breakout sessions, food and beverage, access to networking and after-hours events.

Registration will stay open until the event sells out. Capacity is limited, so don’t wait to reserve your seat early!

Yes. We encourage attendees to download our EVOLVE mobile app. Keep an eye out for an email with additional information once the mobile app is released.

  • Monday, May 12:
    • Registration: 11 a.m – 7:30 p.m.
    • Networking Reception: 4:20 p.m – 7:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 13:
    • Networking Breakfast: 7:30 a.m – 8:45 a.m.
    • Sessions: 8:45 a.m. – 4:10 p.m.
    • Networking and Reception: 4:10 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 14:
    • Networking Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
    • Sessions: 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
    • Exhibitor Networking Happy Hour: 5:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
    • Dinner Reception: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 15:
    • Networking Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
    • Sessions: 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Enverus has secured a block of rooms at the Hilton Americas-Houston the week of the conference for the low rate of $279.00++/per night. Group rates are valid for booking Monday, May 12 to Thursday, May 15 and are subject to availability. Our discounted rate will end on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Hotel accommodations can be booked directly on this link or by calling the hotel at 713-739-8000 and mentioning EVOLVE 2025. Our discounted rate will end on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Registration

Select the “Register Now” button at the top of the site, then select General Admission.

Access your receipt by clicking the “View or modify your registration” link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please email [email protected].

Receive a full refund if you cancel on or before April 4. Receive a 50% refund if you cancel between April 5 and April 18. No refunds will be issued after April 18 or for no shows. All cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected].

To transfer your pass, please email [email protected]. To ensure transfer, we require the name, title, work email address and mobile phone number (for event mobile app only) of the new registrant. 

There will be no certificate of credit.

Registration will open on Monday, May 12 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Our registration desk will remain open during the event hours on Tuesday – Thursday.

Enverus never sells or provides attendee lists. If you receive an email from someone soliciting the purchase of one of our conference lists, it is likely a scam from outside of our organization.
