Kelsie Van Hoose

Director, Business Development, Williams Companies, Inc. New Energy Ventures Group

Kelsie Van Hoose, P.E. is the director of Business Development for the Williams Companies, Inc. New Energy Ventures group. She is responsible for the development of complex hydrogen and carbon capture and sequestration commercial solutions that create customer success and solidifies Williams’ reputation as a leader in the clean energy industry. She joined Williams in 2009 as part of the Engineering Development Program within the Gathering and Processing Business Unit and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations and project development in New Mexico and Pennsylvania. In 2018, Van Hoose relocated to Houston to join the Gas Transmission team in Business Development where she successfully originated three major infrastructure projects that will expand Transcontinental Pipeline by 1.4 Bcf/d of capacity. Van Hoose holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Beau Ashley

Director of Business Development, Finance, and M&A, Kinder Morgan's Energy Transition Team

Beau Ashley is the director of Business Development, Finance and M&A for Kinder Morgan’s Energy Transition Ventures team where he is focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing on M&A opportunities and organic growth projects that align with Kinder Morgan's long-term strategy of investing in low-carbon and renewable energy assets. Prior to joining the Energy Transition Ventures team in 2023, Beau spent nine years as a director and deal team lead on Kinder Morgan’s Corporate Development M&A team where he executed on several key joint venture transactions, acquisitions and divestitures for the company. Before joining Kinder Morgan in 2014, Beau spent six years as an investment banker at Citi and RBC Capital Markets in their Global Investment Banking Divisions focused on energy sector clients. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Southern Methodist University, and a former active duty U.S. Marine and combat veteran with voluminous experience in leadership of large organizations.

Chief Operating Officer, Trace Midstream II

David Dell’Osso is a founder of Trace Midstream II and its affiliate Trace Carbon Solutions. David serves as COO and is responsible for leading engineering and operations, geosciences, regulatory and land management functions. David brings an established and successful track record of operational, engineering and technical leadership to Trace. Before Trace, David served as Chief Operating Officer of Parsley Energy, a leading public E&P company focused on developing assets in the core of the Permian Basin. Prior to Parsley, David served at Southwestern Energy in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Appalachia Division. David received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.

Principal Analyst, Enverus Intelligence® Research

Heather joined RS Energy Group (now Enverus) in September 2018 and leads the CCUS Intelligence team. Heather earned a degree in chemical engineering and management from McMaster University and previously worked in exploitation and production roles at Birchcliff Energy and ConocoPhillips. At Enverus she contributes to technology screening, economic analyses and product development.
