Vice President at Enverus Intelligence Research
Graham joined Enverus in 2020 through the acquisition of RS Energy Group. Leading the Subsurface Innovation Team under Energy Transition Research, he strives to create intelligent connections between the subsurface, emerging energy, and carbon innovation technologies, leveraging a deep understanding of geosciences and the energy transition gained over his 9-year career. At Enverus, Graham has served as Senior Geology Associate on the Permian Asset team and as Product Manager for Geoscience Analytics, where he led a team of geologists. His prior roles include analyst for the Alberta Energy Regulator, focusing on the Athabasca oil sands, and Geologist in Training for a small Calgary-based exploration company, exploring oil potential in Nisku Formation carbonate reefs.
Vice President at Corrosion Resistant Alloys
Tommy Najar has served as Vice President and valued member of the Leadership Team at Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA) for the past five years. During this time, he has concentrated on developing relationships with company leaders globally and identifying industry opportunities where the just-in-time model can add value to customers. In addition to being one of the early leaders in the CCS movement, Tommy and his team are engaged in critical upstream and midstream projects as well as applications outside of oil and gas. Prior to joining the CRA team, Tommy amassed more than 17 years of experience in the energy industry serving in various engineering and management roles for Chevron and Hilcorp Energy Company. He has extensive experience in completions, workovers, fishing, through-tubing intervention, and plug and abandonment operations. Tommy holds a petroleum engineering degree from Marietta College, and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Houston Strategy Forum.

Mr. Grimmer has 20 years of experience in the Energy industry as a Private Equity investment professional, investment banker and petroleum engineer. Before joining Verde, Mr. Grimmer was a deal team member of Quantum Energy Partners involved in the deployment of billion dollars of capital within the Energy industry. Mr. Grimmer specializes in business management, transaction diligence & structuring, subsurface characterization, and profitability optimization. Mr. Grimmer started his career at ExxonMobil. He holds an Engineering degree from Purdue University and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas.
