Technical Solutions Director at Enverus
As a Technical Director for Business Automation, Don Hoefer is responsible for supporting the sales channel as well as the technical interface between customers and the product development organization. Don has more than 30 years working in the Oil and Gas industry. He started working in the Industry as a Roughneck in the San Juan basin. After graduating from New Mexico Tech in 1990 with a Petroleum Engineer degree he worked in the Permian as a Frac and Cementing Engineer for Dowell Schlumberger before joining a small engineering software company called Munro Engineering in 1993. Don has held various positions since 1993 including technical support, managing Landmark Graphics North America support center before managing the Drilling technical sales team. In 2004 he joined Digital Oilfield which was the company that developed OpenInvoice. Don managed the technical support and implementation teams and then transitioned to an Account Manager when ADP acquired Digital Oilfield. Don currently holds the position of Technical Director for the Enverus Business Automation division.

Adam Pasket recently joined Enverus in June of 2021 after a successful career with Anadarko Petroleum spanning nearly 20 years. His background includes roles in Joint Interest Accounting, Joint Interest Audit, Planning & Forecasting, Real Estate, with the last 12 years managing various teams in the Supply Chain organization with procurement experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Logistics, Contracts Management, Supplier Onboarding and Process Improvement. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business and currently serves as a Supply Chain SME for the Business Automation group.
